Sofia Falk | Decoding the diversity paradox

To put it bluntly: Many stories has been shared under #metoo and other hashtags – told of people not being treated well.
This is not ok and must be acted upon. The solutions could have so much more to give than ’all co-workers feel ok’. But there’s of course more to it. Our thinking and acting are a product of our experiences. What happens when we share similar experiences and have similar ways of interpreting the world around us when forming opinions, making judgments and business critical decisions?

Sofia Falk will inspire the audience to understand in what ways diversity and inclusion connects to our day-to-day business. She will give us insights around what makes it hard for us to seek out diversity and promote inclusion. Last but not least, we will get solutions to manage to include the diversity we need, exactly when we need it to make better decisions, and prioritize approaches that create value for our team and our business.

The session will be facilitated by an external subject matter expert on Diversity and Inclusion, Sofia Falk. The last 15 years she has been helping more than 100 large global corporations activate their strategies and transform their culture to leverage the benefits of diversity. Her clients exist within heavy industry, banking, law- and professional services as well as tech and retail all around the globe.
